RC Tuna Boat

Close view of a tuna fishing boat hull and wheelhouse with name painted on the bow

This is a truly special custom-built tuna boat model. Rich constructed this one-of-a-kind model in the late 1960s. It features remote-control operation, with crew members that move around the deck of the boat. A small attached fishing boat can be remotely lowered from the main vessel, released onto the water, and then retrieved and returned to its stowed position while the model remains afloat.
